The Rocket Espresso R 9 is a commercial multi-boiler espresso machine designed for high-volume cafés, specialty coffee shops, roasteries, and professional coffee programs. Its multi-boiler architecture provides an independent coffee boiler for each brewing group, paired with a dedicated service boiler for steam production.

Independent Multi-Boiler Architecture
The R 9 separates brewing and steam functions across dedicated boilers. The 2-group configuration uses two independent 1.9-liter coffee boilers, with each brewing group supplied by its own dedicated boiler. A separate 9.0-liter service boiler provides steam for milk preparation and other commercial beverage applications.

Advanced Steam Pressure Management
The 9.0-liter service boiler is supported by an electronic pressure transducer system designed to monitor and regulate steam pressure. This provides responsive steam management for commercial milk steaming and beverage preparation.
Low-Profile Commercial Design
The R 9 features a low-profile chassis measuring approximately 497 mm in height. Its lower design provides baristas with a more open view across the counter while maintaining the internal capacity required for professional coffee service.
Programmable Volumetric Dosing
