The Rocket Espresso RE Doppia is a commercial dual-boiler espresso machine designed for high-volume cafés, specialty coffee shops, roasteries, and professional beverage operations. Saturated Group Head System
The RE Doppia uses a commercial saturated group architecture designed to maintain consistent brewing temperatures. The group heads are integrated with the brewing system to provide a stable flow of heated water during repeated espresso extractions.
Independent Dual Boilers
The machine features separate stainless steel boilers for espresso brewing and steam production:

Automatic Volumetric Dosing

4.3-Inch TFT Color Display
A 4.3-inch TFT color display provides a central interface for machine settings and operating information. Individual group heads also feature dedicated digital shot timing, allowing baristas to monitor extraction duration during service.
Wi-Fi Connectivity & USB Interface
The integrated web-browser Wi-Fi module provides connectivity for compatible machine management functions. Operators and technicians can access available configuration and monitoring features through a standard web browser. A USB interface is also provided for supported service and firmware functions.
Adjustable Drip Tray
The RE Doppia features a two-level adjustable drip tray system. The tray can be positioned at different heights to accommodate a range of espresso cups and taller takeaway beverage containers.

Commercial Steam Wands

Direct Water Connection
The RE Doppia is designed for direct-plumbed commercial installation and does not use an internal water reservoir. Professional water filtration and appropriate water treatment are recommended to help protect the machine from scale and maintain water quality.
