Product Overview
The Rocket Espresso Giotto FAST V combines Rocket Espresso's signature Italian design with a heat exchanger brewing system, PID temperature control, and rapid heat-up technology. Designed for home baristas who want a more convenient workflow, the Giotto FAST V uses a heated E61 group head and 1.8-liter heat exchanger boiler to provide efficient brewing and steaming in a compact countertop format.
The FAST V features a vibration pump, integrated water reservoir, hidden OLED display with shot timer, dual pressure gauges, and an angular stainless steel chassis. Its PID controller allows temperature adjustments through the digital interface, while the OLED display provides extraction timing and machine information.
Rapid Heat-Up E61 Group Head
The Giotto FAST V incorporates a dedicated heating element in the E61 group head to shorten the time required for the machine to reach brewing temperature. According to Rocket Espresso, the FAST system can be ready to brew in approximately 12 minutes on average, depending on water temperature and external conditions.
Heat Exchanger Brewing System
The 1.8-liter heat exchanger boiler allows espresso brewing and steam production to be performed without requiring separate brew and steam boilers. This configuration is well suited for preparing espresso-based beverages that require both extraction and milk steaming.
PID Temperature Control
