Four Smart Processing Programs
The CREA control system provides four dedicated processing programs designed for different frozen dessert applications:

- Granita: Designed to produce a crystalline granita texture.

NTC Consistency and Temperature Control
An integrated NTC temperature probe continuously monitors the mixture during processing. The system uses real-time temperature and consistency information to help maintain repeatable results and manage the processing cycle.
The machine can also transition into a preservation mode after processing, helping keep the finished product ready for service.
R290 i-Green Refrigeration
The i-Green system uses R290 natural refrigerant. R290 is a hydrocarbon refrigerant used in refrigeration equipment as an alternative to many conventional synthetic refrigerants.
